Finally. A new layout. I think I’ve been using the previous layout since December 2009, so… this is long overdue! This one features Portal, which you can read about in the Site section. I also changed around the sections. Some have been rewritten/redone and some have been removed (though they might return later). I think I worked out all the kinks, but let me know if something doesn’t look right!
It’s Memorial Day weekend, and I’m so glad to have tomorrow off. We invited some friends over tomorrow for lunch. We’re going to be grilling burgers and bratwursts :) My fiance and I finally bought a grill (this one) a couple weeks ago. The sad thing is, when we moved into our new house last summer, I said, “the first thing we need to get is a grill”. Well, it took us a year to get around to it XD;; In addition to burgers and brats, we’ve also used it for steaks. We’d also like to try grilling vegetables and other meats like chicken, pork, and fish later on.
I’ve been keeping myself somewhat busy this weekend. Yesterday, I met with 2 more florists for our wedding. That’s still one of the major things I haven’t booked yet. Today, I helped my mom pick out a dress, also for our wedding. What’s annoying is that a lot of places with “mother of the bride” dresses… the styles look “too old” =/ She already looked at non-wedding dresses but didn’t really find one she liked. But! We picked one out today and ordered it, which is this one. I think it’s nice because it’s not “too young” and not “too old” either :3
And now, I need to go shopping for food for tomorrow XD I hope everyone is having a good weekend!
