Their prices are pretty good for what they offer, especially in terms of their advanced features. They support a lot of languages like Ruby on Rails and keep them up to date. The only exception is their lowest Shared plan which is fairly limited (which isn't worth it in my opinion!). Also, they usually have coupon codes that give 10-20% off for life.
Uptime: GoodUnfortunately, I was unlucky to land on a server that had to go through a couple emergency maintanences, which led to awful downtime. Since the last maintanence, there hasn't been any problems, and uptime is back to normal.
Support: GoodI contacted their support a lot when I was trying to install Typo (a blogging software). They were quick to respond and were very nice. I ended up fixing the problem by having a Typo person help me, but support tried their best even though Typo isn't their software, but a third party one.
Overall: With exception of a few server problems, I have been pretty happy on A2 so far. Support has been nice, and I like the features that are offered.
