Pricing: Mediocre

Their prices used to be good, but the new owner then raised them after making statements that he had no plans of doing so. They're still not bad, but you can definitely find similar plans for cheaper.

Uptime: Poor

Towards the end of time I was at Fuitadnet, the uptime had gotten a lot better. Earlier though, the worst downtimes consisted of being down multiple times a day for anywhere from 1-7 hours.

Support: Extremely poor

Most of the support were completely incompetent. They would either close your ticket without fixing it or make the problem worse.

Example #1: I was hosting 2 domains on my reseller, and the DNS wouldn't resolve. I open a ticket about it. They got back to me saying "your domain is working fine" and closed the ticket. I even specified that I was hosting 2 domains, gave the urls, and they still did not realize that I wasn't talking about my own.

Example #2: My password somehow got changed and I couldn't log in. I made a ticket about it. I then realized it was just reset, and I closed the ticket saying I figured it out. They didn't read that I had the problem solved and just changed my password again.

Example #3: My domain got hacked and then they completely blamed me for it, threatening to delete my account. Why the hell would I hack my own website?

Overall: The reason why I was on Fuitadnet so long was because there was a change of owners. Before that, the staff was very nice and support wasn't completely stupid. Things seemed to take a turn for the worse after someone else bought it. There are a few webhosts that I not only hate, but I just don't trust. Fuitadnet is one of them.
