Reason for leaving: plans didn't have enough space/bandwidth
Their prices aren't high, but what they offer for the price just doesn't match up with other hosts. They keep raising the space/bandwidth at least. When I first got on it, I only had 333MB in space.
Uptime: ExcellentI don't think I ever experienced downtime while I was there, and if there was any, it was short.
Support: ExcellentI can't remember what I submitted tickets for, but I remember always getting extremely fast responses that were actually helpful.
Overall: ICDSoft is a great host, and the only reason I had to leave was because my domain just took up too much space/bandwidth. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't use that much and are looking for a reliable host.
