Price: Good

They offer a lot of space and especially bandwidth for their prices. However, their site makes it look cheaper than it actually is. The low price that they advertise is only if you pay by the year. I always pay by the month, and so I ended up paying $5 more a month than what they say.

Uptime: Mediocre/Poor

I didn't get much downtime, but I felt like I got a lot of slow loading time, especially in cPanel. It was often incredibly slow, if it even loaded. What was really bad was that I kept being blocked by their firewall. Even if my sites are up, what's the point if I can't even access them myself? They kept telling me it was because I failed to log into cPanel too many times, even though I told them I wasn't logging in wrong. I even explained that I'm always being blocked in the middle of working in cPanel. Once, I clicked "Log Out" and was immediately blocked. Another time, I clicked "phpMyAdmin" and was again blocked right away. It was so so so extremely frustrating!

Support: Mediocre

I have mixed feelings about their support. I haven't had the best experience with their ticketing system, but their live chat was pretty good.

My worst experience was actually when I first signed up, which leaves a bad first impression. Before I even got content up on my domain, they suspended it! They didn't even notify me of it, even though they say they do on their website. I submitted a ticket about it and had to wait until the next day for them to tell me that it was a mistake and enabled my site again. I experienced 2 days of downtime because of not being notified and then having support take so long to get back to me.

They then began doing Live Chat which worked pretty well. I got my problems solved quickly through there.

My last contact with support was the firewall issue mentioned before. I explained to them exactly what I was doing when I was being blocked. I even specifically said I logged in successfully but was blocked while using cPanel (phpMyAdmin to be exact). What did they do? They unblocked me and told me I was logging in wrong. I know when I'm logging in wrong, and I wasn't.

Overall: After being blocked 3 times in only 2 days, and 6 times overall, I couldn't take it anymore. Often when I visited my sites, I couldn't tell if it was down or if I was being blocked. Even after I explained to them that I wasn't logging in wrong but was still being blocked, they didn't seem to care at all. I also had a problem with being blocked on Surpass, except for this difference: Surpass continually tried to help me and found the problem within a day or two; I have yet to be blocked again after that. Site5, on the other hand, couldn't care less about my problem and made very little effort to help.
