I've had both Shared and Reseller accounts on Surpass, and their price is really reasonable for the large amount of space and bandwidth they give you.
Uptime: GoodI haven't hit downtime very often, and if I do, it's usually very short.
Support: ExcellentSupport is quick, helpful, and very nice. Sometimes they solve my problem immediately but don't update the ticket until a few hours later. It doesn't really bother me as long as the problem is fixed. I had the Abuse department contact me a couple times because a forum I was hosting was causing too big of a load. They were actually nice and didn't suspend the account fully, which surprised me. They would disable the image directory instead until I found a solution on my end. After that, they would enable the directory again.
Overall: My experience with Surpass has been pretty good so far, and I don't plan on leaving them anytime soon.
